My stay was a mixed bag. While the island's beauty and amazing snorkeling with black tip sharks made it memorable, the hotel experience was deeply disappointing. We ended up in a dirty standard room despite paying for a superior one, and the lack of helpful service really dampened our anniversary celebration. I can't overlook the high prices for such poor quality, which didn't feel justified at all.
